      Bill Higgins is a really nice guy . Employees were great , its their policies the SUCK !! I've been in the industry for 38 years so I do have knowledge base to compare to ... Laid me off on my birthday ..

      Great employees , friendly and helpful and I miss the interactions with them ....

      They are supportive and very kind people. We have fun at work and life is great.

      Pros

      People in the field are great to work with. "Usually" everyone helps each other. Customer base is large so you are always busy.

      Cons

      They will work you to death and no overtime pay to speak of. No raises or reviews, just a bunch of talk about how business is tough out there. Benefits are way overpriced. People leave and never get replaced, just dump it on the other guys.
