      There are some great people to work with. Friendly. The members brighten the day.

      Cons

      The senior management of this company is now lacking. They think they are a bank. It went from a family atmosphere to a cold, impersonal, "process" oriented business with little or no regard to the core of the business.

      Pros

      - It's encouraging as a resident of the area to see the amount of outreach programs to teach children about future opportunities and financial literacy - Work environment doesn't feel suffocating. - I hear stories about how people were able to get great internal job opportunities from their initial positions.

      Cons

      - Wish the PTO plan was a bit bigger but its not awful
