Great place to work - they make quality products and treat their employees right. Benefits are up to par and the employees make the culture enjoyable.

Recognition is sometimes hard to come by and work piles up quickly. Management is tough but fair - you know the amount of work you're expected to complete.

The staff and the "rank and file" are mostly good employees.

Management does not know how to work with each other.
