      Great for lateral hires in terms of compensation.

      Cons

      Very poor for Campus Hires in terms of compensation and roles. Promised strategic consulting rules during interviews. Forced to work on tech implementation roles on joining Non-MBA lateral hire colleagues have reached Manager position whereas MBA campus hires are given consultant roles
