Pros
The Senior Managers and PPMDs care about your mental health needs and will do anything to accommodate to see you succeed. LOVE the variety of work you can do and your ability to select a project that fits your needs.
Cons
GPS (government clients) pay raises are minimal at best. Discriminate pay based on location not talent. USDC ie non-traditional track benefits are horrendous and different from your Traditional colleagues especially for paternity and maternity leave (6 months for both males and females vs 8-12 weeks for males and females respectively). Promotion while virtual is tough.
