Low salary, no positive encouragement or acknowledgement of work, managers complaining in front of other employees, very stressful environment where employees are never considered and are assumed guilty before proven guilty. No training in a field where there must be training. IF you are not in the right "click" you don't get anywhere and are super dispendible and treated as such.
