      Pros

      Management at the time was great, and very supportive. Meals were provided every shift based on staff meals portioned out of left over resident meals.

      Cons

      Low starting pay, paper documentation, 50c raises annually.

      Pros

      Great culture! Small company but nice perks like a summer and Christmas party for all team members. Only wish they were a bit bigger so there were more chances for a promotion. My General Manager is fabulous...very caring!

      Cons

      Not as much chance for advancement but for me I'd rather work for a smaller company...more of a voice and the company is open to my suggestions.
