Pros

Weekly pay. Well known clients.

Cons

Communication between HR and employee needs improvement. I was given a start date and time but was not provided a way to record my time worked. It took three days to be given instructions.

Hello, Thank you for your review, we truly appreciate all the feedback. Some of our clients have work orders generated the day that our employees start working and it can take anywhere between 24-72 hours for the log-ins to activate. Due to this procedural requirement, we always ensure that our payroll team is in connect to ensure all our employees are paid fairly and on time for all hours worked. Should you like to connect further, please reach out on 609-964-4254 and we will be able to assist.

Pros

At first, I had some doubts and even thought it might be a scam, since my background check was taking longer . But later I understood it was due to my visa status.I have been working here for 10 months. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience at the company. I especially want to highlight my manager, Jothi — she is one of the best managers I’ve ever worked with. She’s understanding, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend that the company continues to value and support employees like Jothi.

Cons

The only thing that takes a long time is the background check, but that's for my visa.

Pros

Temp work on contract for a set time, performing at various offices in San Diego Full-time work required I had a set schedule and 40hrs/week

Cons

As a temp, they call the day of when they let you go from a job position with little to no notice. The first job I had an hour notice before the end of my shift, and the second job I wasn't informed until an hour or two following my shift. Company downsizing caused me and other temps to immediately be let go from our jobs within the span of a few weeks, right before the holidays. When an office is closed for holidays, you are also unable to work. Employees get paid time off, but you do not as a temp worker. In addition, they only had the two jobs I already did available to me and I have not had work for four months.
