I'm proud to work for Delivery Associates and of the work I do, I know that I am making a real difference not just to the business but to the people we serve. I have felt engaged and motivated, as well as supported in my own personal growth from when I joined years ago.
Cons
We work remotely, so sometimes you miss seeing people face to face, but we are now meeting eacother more in regional settings and there is a great amount of online interaction
