From the first interview to the end, they constantly lie to you regarding everything: salary, WFH, schedules etc. Like every good crappy start-up, they try to make it look like a super fun place to work and that they care about their employees mental health - they absolutely don’t. Among all the awful things this company has done, some of the worst were firing their employees while they are on medical or maternity leave, which is illegal, refusing to show you your paychecks for several months and avoiding the employees tax withholding, also illegal.
