Pros
- Great people, strong culture, no toxicity - No micro-management - Excitement about the new initiatives and directions the company is taking - Starting new tech initiatives, so lots of green field projects - Great work/life balance - Seeks for continuous improvements technically and strategically - Self-funded
Cons
DT is really focusing on the tech side now, we did accomplish a lot and there's still a lot to do. Some of the processes are still maturing and evolving. You have to feel comfortable wearing multiple hats. This is not really a con, some people like these kinds of environments(me included), which give a lot of autonomy and opportunity to learn new things.
