Leadership frequently changed priorities and direction, resulting in confusion and a lack of consistency. Expectations were often unclear, and strategic direction shifted without sufficient communication, making it challenging for employees to stay aligned and succeed. Compensation was below market rates for similar roles and responsibilities.
