Pros

Pay was “ok” so was the job opportunity

Cons

Training was horrible. On my third day there (with zero experience with Wendy’s) I was placed on the front counter register by myself during lunch rush. Not a single sole to train/assist me!! Customers were furious with their slow service and not one time did anybody come to help me! The next night I was given the task to bag orders for drive thru, makes fries and hand the orders out to the customers during dinner rush. I was not trained or showed how to do this job at all!! Multiple orders came inside with incorrect orders. The front counter crew person was loud and rude when letting the shift manager know. This shift manager did not walk over to me In order to assist me, encourage me, or give me feedback. She yelled across the restaurant at me to “get it together”!! In my experience with this company I was set up for failure, humiliated and frustrated.

Cons

Long hours due to crew and management staff across all restaurants in the franchise group.

Good pay for QSR management DMs are solid.

Cons

No Work/Life Balance Low crew pay attracts low crew quality "We're one big family" mentality Upper management is big on micromanagement and fruitless busywork Raises aren't great.
