Lack of Diversity and Training - Anonymous employee Delegate Connect Employee Review

No Pros. Some nice people were working in tech and ops, but that's about it.

The constant change of direction - like literally by the hour - and staff. All good people, from app development to sales, HR, and ops, have left or were sacked. Did really well through the pandemic as virtual meeting software was in demand and they had huge inbound leads but when that dried up they were left scratching their heads as to why that was ( er, the pandemic finished ) The arrogance of the managers is childlike in its intensity. They believe they are the bee's knees whilst at the same time not knowing how to price their product. A very entitled bunch with a personality cult around the CEO who hired people and paid them lots of money to just agree with him all the time. Product dept runs the narrative, with extreme arrogance, which makes progress slow and tiresome.

It was a very good env before the CTO left. The salary is good (good market value), and seniors can get up to 180k, but only for new join. The product seems like have the potential, and the target market is the USA, UK and AU.

No salary raise for old employees. The engineer team structure is not good at the moment, missing a CTO for long time, and many engineers left. Tasks are unorganized now (also due to some people leaving).
