      Decent individual coworkers in the whole And Nice office

      Cons

      Poor communication and cowardly management who will not speak to you in person of any feedback or criticism. Will promise training but will not deliver. Poor preparation or walkthrough of jobsite. Unqualified lead technicians who can not run a team. Poor warehouse environment.

      No pay growth, takes more than a few years to recognize your success. Working overtime with no extra pay or benefits If a problem occurs it will always be thrown back at you
