Management is often like a bull and one-sided.
You will find racism here and often not worth bringing it up to HR because the company is extremely slow to act and lenient when issues are brought up.
Work politics are real and I personally don't want to play them.
Salary is minimal, I guess that's why the benefits compensate for it.
Not alot of growth opportunities within the company. You're either a medical assistant, dental assistant, or from desk. You're lucky to find a position in any other department that doesn't require a PhD, PA, NP, or MD/Do.
Lots of MA and Front Desk turnover.
