      very flexible, lots of independence.

      Cons

      not a lot of guidance which is ok for the most part, but working with kids over zoom is hard and very draining.

      Pros

      Great boss Flexible hours Rewarding work Classroom management is fun to do and a very important skillset to have

      Cons

      Class interest varies as time goes on. One month your class might have 10 students and the next month only 2 signed up so it can be hard to keep attendance strong without creating a new class
