Pros
Fantastic coworkers, great if you love people. Excellent work life balance, since you'll only get part time anyway. The 401(k) is pretty great too, but vesting is far too long to make you want to stick around. Some managers are extremely hardworking and a blast to be around!
Cons
Abysmal compensation, reluctant to bring folks on full time, senior management is either out of touch with the current status of the casino industry and the technology, or uninterested. You will work hard for a significantly lower than average paycheck, so make sure that you make your escape as soon as you can.
