Pros

The Best part is you look at the stadium and will get good chances seeing the match in cricket or afl or any sports and even concerts. They pay becomes decent at certain age. You meet a lot of people while working.

Cons

They cut hours because no need of you, food quality sucks, no training.

Pros

Diverse portfolio, nice HQ location. Work with some wonderful colleagues.

Cons

Culture is not good and rather toxic at times. Leadership is focused on the wrong things (micromanaging people and watching how many hours and days they are in the office instead of measuring performance with productivity and quality of work product). Lots of recent changes and minimal communication about them. They expect you to absorb the work of everyone they decide to cut for no additional compensation. A lot of red tape and feeling like you cannot move things forward or change things for the better. Holistically, the company is adverse/slow to change and leadership does push for more forward thinking best practices as much as they should. The company suffers as a result and does not remain as competitive. As much as there has been a lot of recent change in personnel, there are also a lot of people with immense tenure who are resistant to change. The senior executives and owners are extremely detached and disengaged from the rest of the company. If they were more in tune, maybe things would be better. Minimal effort is made to interact with the employees. Employee satisfaction surveys are never administered.
