Working with some of the most knowledgeable, dedicated, caring nurses I have ever met.
Cons
Mandatory, unpaid overtime, 3+ hours a night charting, spending all weekend catching up on.paperwork, always so short staffed one person carry’s ' ' 3 or 4 caseloads, supply closets always empty, management will never offer any assistance when needed.
