Trainings held help agents to be well equipped for the job. The challenge of making sells help bring potentials out of staff.

Cons

Changes made in contract every week should be minimal since it distracts the work. Agents should be paid on time.

Great place to learn, especially good for entry level staff. You get to dive and gain a hands on experience. Small company and provides the opportunity to make an impact.

Cons

Not a well structured company and there's a challenge with communication, especially between management and staff.
