Pros

There is not a lot of pros.

Cons

First off, if you are hired as a new GSA you will be doing "mini bar" aka where you push a heavy cart and go into about a hundred of rooms per day (with guests in it) to re-stock their snacks as a part of "learning the hotel" and "training." After doing the dirty work and basically being put in with housekeeping that no one else would do, we get tested for computer work and actual front desk duties which half the supervisors will never train you on and other GSA's will give you attitude for not knowing. After pushing the cart and standing for 8 hours you will be in pain. Supervisors do most of the front desk work while everyone is sent to do amenities and more housekeeping work. The clientele is very rude. There is also high turnover for these obvious reasons. Also was not told at the interview about any of these physical requirements and was told I'd get paid higher than I actually do.

Pros

The hotels themselves are nice to work in. Has the potential to be a great company to work for, many of the employees are great, but with such poor management, that often gets overlooked and undermined

Cons

I don’t recommend if you’re seeking a respectful, professional, or fair work environment. The company culture is very toxic, there has been zero account of leadership, and there is no opportunity for growth. Accountability only applies when it’s convenient for management. It’s shocking for what appears to be such a luxurious company to be so poorly managed in reality. And with more hotels opening it will only get much worse.
