It is like walking back through high school all over, immature, cliquey and unprofessional employees. Management has no clue how to manage nor mentor employees to grow. Training program is a joke lead by a clueless team. Nobody trusts anyone, you walk on egg shells wondering if you will be the next to be asked to leave.
