      benefits and compensation is lacking. It is a small company. Contracts are not very clear.

      The advantages can be given by the business for what they asigned to you.

      From Deintec you only receive your you account deposit and the receipt in your email but it does not seem any care for the employees career development

      They treat people like peolpe they never treat you like a numbre. Everything is clear to me.

      They dont have enogh customers. its not a big company.
