Very high staff turnover - wouldn’t be surprised if the recruitment companies made more money than the actual staff The CFO thinks he owns the place and the mastermind and refers to the properties as ‘my units’ and likes to taunt staff for fun, but is really just another employee like the rest of them. It’s a battle of the egos and dog eat dog, everyone’s reputation is on guard instead of working together.
