Well paid. Treated Fairly. Good coworkers. Staff communication was mostly excellent. 20% discount on most items. Reasonable Training. Commission rates. Systems are well organised and designed to make your life easier and customer interactions more satisfactory. Opportunities for advancement if you are able to change stores. To summarise, this is an excellent job for a retail position, however it is a retail job and so comes with the associated difficult customers and long days. If that's not for you, don't apply.
Cons
Higher management (beyond store manager level) does not consider the feasibility of some ideas well. Understaffed at times. Can be boring. Can be exhausting. Some systems can frustrate customers and it can be hard to explain them. Can be difficult to get time off
