Pros

Affordable Pricing: They are widely known for budget-friendly shoes, making them a go-to for quick trends, school shoes, and casual footwear. Open-Rack Concept: The stores are set up so all available sizes are out on the floor. You don't have to wait around for a sales assistant to check the backroom for your size. Brand Variety: Aside from their own budget brands (like Graceland or Venice), they stock major household names like Nike, Adidas, Puma, and Fila at decent prices.

Cons

Hit-or-Miss Quality: Because the prices are low, some of their cheaper, in-house brands lack long-term durability and may wear out quickly under heavy daily use. Basic Comfort: Some shoes—especially formal or school lines—can feel a bit stiff or require breaking in compared to premium footwear brands. Aggressive Upselling: Staff at checkout are heavily trained to push shoe care products (like waterproofing sprays, insoles, or extra socks), which can make checking out feel a bit pushy.
