- Honestly, no pros as they didn't pay me for the work I did & the stipend promised was 10K
Cons
- The HR & the founder a horrible people, they don't understand the situation an Intern is coming from such as the timings, it was earlier mentioned by me that I might not be able to attend morning meetings as I have college they didn't respect that - They didn't pay me for the work I did & the other intern did - The company culture in general is bad as they don't value the time & effort of the interns - The Hr is unresponsive & slothy, as when asked for the offer letter & the stipend she was not communicating well - If you're reading this to join the company, please don't the employees just pretend to be friendly but they are not understanding at all!
