      Defy Ventures has an excellent mission and an excellent team to support & implement it. It's a great place to work.

      Cons

      As with many startups and nonprofits, Defy is a lean organization, so there is often more work than can be accomplished by a small group of people.

      -Great people who truly care about the work -A one of a kind opportunity to witness transformation -Management team supportive and wary of burnout -Opportunities for growth -Program is very effective

      -Nonprofit pay -Organization's systems change a lot -Lots of meetings, if you don't like that working style
