Very easy work but very boring

They have a terrible point system you get no sick days. You get sick time after 6 months but has to be planned ahead of time or you get points. You have to call in 5 hrs before your shift you get 3 points if you call off any time after the 5 hours you get 6 points and if you miss 2 days then you’re pretty much terminated because 12 points you get fired. And you have to go 1 month without missing a day and you get one point taken off! They give you hassle if you try and plan for Time off they want to know what you need it for and they want proof. If you go home sick you can use your time off but get points for leaving early. They really don’t have any benefits to keep employees there they have a big turnover new employees every day!
