Pros

I wish I could have skipped this section and jumped straight to Cons but unfortunately we do need to add minimum 20 words. Can't list anything good about this company

Cons

The other 2 reviews out there on this company pretty much covers it all. If I could describe this company in one word "FRAUD". This couple Jesse and Rashmi of Indian origin are running the show and would lie about their company strength, client, offices etc. which is all lie. They would put up fake clients and employees just to get new business and hire good talent. And it is not until you get hired you find about the true reality about these guys. Tax evasion (CRA), holding onto employee salaries, lying to the government clients and organisations just to secure business are common work practices you would see on daily basis. Good luck to people and client who are or would get associated with this company

Pros

If you like promises instead of actual commitments than I guess that's a pro.

Cons

Everything is a con. I cannot think of one thing they agreed to do that was actually completed. Routinely lied. Would agree about payment and then make up some excuse to not pay. Whether you are a possible business, a contractor, or employee, just stay away.

Pros

There aren't any pros to working here, but Glassdoor requires a minimum of twenty words for the "pros" section. I suppose that working at Define Mobility taught me valuable lessons in the sort of people I should avoid working with.

Cons

Define Mobility isn't really a consulting company. It's really the front for a con artist with a CEO title. He'll rip off anyone: employees by paying them late (if he pays them at all), suppliers (many are still after him for money he owes) and of course, customers, who are getting half-baked solutions that he tells them are cutting edge. He has no technical or legitimate business skills -- the only thing he's good at is swindling. Their former CTO wasn't kidding when he said "If you shake hands with [Define Mobility's CEO], you should count your fingers after."
