Pros
Everyone is friendly and is helpful. Good benefits and treat us like family and we’re thanked for our work. Very easy commute. Management makes sure things are running smoothly and take care of us. Try to accommodate during busy/ difficult times.
Cons
Use old windows (XP, 7) so not fastest system. Communication is ok but still needs improvement. Lots of paperwork with units so have to keep together and just hope that goes more electronically and would save money. Some things that don’t sell a lot we would get a lot and need better inventory system.
