Forward thinking innovative organization with close ties to Silicon Valley--work atmosphere is very similar. Takes on and accomplishes what other organizations cannot.
Cons
Success culture clashes at times with old-style government civilian personnel rules. While DMDC is at the state-of-the-art in creatively using available personnel tools, it still faces limitations to its potential.
