      Pros

      Great co-workers. Very little oversight if you're responsible enough to work without someone looking over your shoulder. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      The old owner was rarely around and isn't easy to talk to (but he's resigned now.) Lots of parts out of stock so work stoppages happen occasionally. Idiot "engineer" (who from what Ive heard has also been fired) couldn't do anything right.
