Pros
The people at a working level are great, civil service pension, holidays and flexi having transferred from DSG. New starters won't get this.
Cons
Taken over by Babcock earlier this year - considering Babcock are a ftse100 company they are extremely disorganised, no clear vision of where there want to take DSG, no clear vision of what they want to achieve or how they will integrate DSG with the rest of Babcock. They just seem to lurch from one issue to another
