      Vial and toxic workplace, it overshadows any pros.

      Cons

      Rash decisions are made which result is daily chaos and confusion. Terrible management. Internal processes are antiquated. Owners yell and cuss at employees DAILY. God awful people, God awful place to work.

      Very rewarding for the ones that are committed to making Deerpoint a success. Excellent benefits and vacation plan. Great place to learn and grow in the fertilizer business

      Worst environment I've ever experienced. Owners are horrific human beings, and treat their employees terribly.
