Friendly co-workers and yummy treats, but that's about it.

Creepy customers (old men asking me for my number, asking me personal questions, my schedule, etc., and the manager did nothing about it), passive-aggressive owners, bad management, the owner took away the tip jar because it looked "tacky", unsanitary (they don't train you how to clean the espresso machine, etc. Also. Met an employee who told me they promoted them to be an assistant manager and that they only got the title and responsibilities of an assistant manager, but not the pay.
