Good to get an overall experience of a product development, deployment (manual- old school, but good to know and understand), troubleshooting various aspects of a web application (database and web server) and the VoIP concepts like SIP, Asterisk.

Cons

Below par compensation. Skilled staff will leave the company once they feel the lack of growth.

No Job security. They will ask employees to leave for every two months. And that layoffs happening based on partiality of Hr . Worst HR & Management.
