Pros

The trainer is good. Really thorough with teaching the style guide. Workmates are nice too. They have a health and wellness package for regular employees. There's a chance for career growth. Generous with leaves.

Cons

Expect a heavy workload since they overwork their employees. VERY poor and unprofessional management -- from the TLs to the Operations Managers. It's despicable. Toxic work environment and culture.

Pros

HMO/Benefits: The health coverage is reliable. The Team: I worked with amazing and hardworking colleagues. Previous Leadership: My former managers were instrumental in my growth and truly helped hone my/our skills.

Cons

Management: Since the new leadership took over, the culture has changed a lot. Decisions come from the top without much understanding of how our specific industry works. This makes it hard for the team to give feedback or share technical updates without it causing tension. HR and Operations: There isn't much support for employees. Instead of being a middle ground, HR and the Operations team usually just agree with whatever the management wants. This leaves staff feeling like there is no one to turn to for help or transparency. Work-Life Balance: Your workday is much longer than the usual 9 hours. You will likely start early and finish very late. This happens because the day is filled with too many meetings, so you have to do your actual work during your personal time at night. Staff Turnover: Many of the most talented and experienced people have already resigned. The high pressure and stress of the current environment have caused a lot of burnout, leading to a loss of great skills.

Pros

Great benefits (has HMO). Fully remote work. Colleagues are polite and friendly.

Cons

Workloads can be demanding and you sometimes wonder whether you're being compensated well enough for what is expected of you for the role. There is limited opportunities for career progression. Career growth depends on vacancy. Promotions may depend less on performance and more on whether someone leaves or is removed from a position.
