Horrible Management - Medical Scribe DeepScribe Employee Review

Management is literally terrible. It’s a newer company so I could understand that their platform is still being perfected, but not to the extent of our pay being taken advantage of. There have been multiple occasions where hours were docked because of faults on their end. I was repeatedly told to “make sure my wifi was functioning properly”. Any sort of complaint or concern was always backhanded and flipped back on the scribe even when we were doing everything correctly and ensuring proper wifi connection. You can put all your hours in and do everything right, but if there is a glitch in the application or fault on their end, the blame is still put on the scribe.
