      Off calendar appraisals, recognition and appreciation for employees’ efforts, understanding management, mental health check, work life balance, weekends off

      Cons

      Because the company is futuristic and deals with new technologies, you get a lot of exciting clients and projects. You want to work for each of them, and in the process you tend to overburden yourself with work.
