      Intransparent leadership, starting with hidden salary bands, continuing with top down decisions with no room for any feedback or concerns, and finishing with absolutely no transparency when it comes to possible future plans with the company High employee churn rate with repeated attempts to downsize Company barely tries to keep its employees let alone promote them

      Based on reviews, the company is up and coming and seems to have potential. People are really down to earth and seem to have fun...some times too much fun!

      Lots of layers of leadership Can't trust HR - don't listen to all sides So many people from Twillio, the company should be called DeepL-Twillio
