      -Great product, potential, funding, best translator in the market - Great benefits if you are in Germany

      Cons

      - Leadership is not competent in understanding people - Nepotism and politics - The higher you go, the more politics you find - Processes are really slow - Not great career prospects - Managers are not great at being managers - Leadership cares more about keeping a face then, actual productivity. - Impossible to innovate and bring change

      Based on reviews, the company is up and coming and seems to have potential. People are really down to earth and seem to have fun...some times too much fun!

      Cons

      Lots of layers of leadership Can't trust HR - don't listen to all sides So many people from Twillio, the company should be called DeepL-Twillio
