      - Full of amazing, knowledgeable people - Daily work ist generally fun and not boring - Above-average pay

      Cons

      - Benefits are almost non existent - Frequent rounds of layoffs and reorgs, individual people being fired - Management ist very poor at communicating their vision, engagement is at an all time low - Company growth does not look good, many people believe DeepL will not be around in two years - Not all employees are treated equal. some get preferential treatment and exceptions to rules

      Based on reviews, the company is up and coming and seems to have potential. People are really down to earth and seem to have fun...some times too much fun!

      Cons

      Lots of layers of leadership Can't trust HR - don't listen to all sides So many people from Twillio, the company should be called DeepL-Twillio
