Pros
1. Get to work on different projects in different fields 2. Get to access good hardware like GPUs 3. You have freedom how you want to work but this depends on project-to-project and manager-to-manager.
Cons
1. Provides very less work from home. Prefers candidate to be from Hyderabad so that they do not have to provide WFH. 2. In some projects, work life balance is really messed up.
