      Some cool travel opportunities Monthly BBQ Social Committee plans team building events

      Cons

      - Completely Unprofessional Workplace - Management will discuss employees personal issues with other staff members - Very Poor Communication from management to staff - This company asks you to travel for trade shows, does not pay you overtime for the extended hours and does not give you time off for the extra days you worked (weekends, holidays etc) - they break the most basic employment standard act rules - The boss will make last minute changes to travel with no consideration for staff personal lives or professional goals - You have to be the boss's friend or family member or you will be treated poorly - Little room for professional growth

      We are disappointed that we did not meet the expectations and personal and professional needs of this employee. While we ensure that we do not violate the ESA, we certainly are taking this feedback very seriously, and evaluating each aspect of it. We thank the author of this review for the feedback and work to improve ourselves, and are working to build an organization where every person feels valued and has the opportunity to grow.

      Pros

      Lienient with appointments and time off. If you want experience to get another job somewhere else, its okay.

      Cons

      Pay is not what it should be for the experience or job or money made for the company. The company does not give back. Raises are minimal. Communication with management is nonexistent. Favoritism with bonuses and positions
