Pros
I am proud to say I have been working at Deep Sentinel for almost 6 plus years now!!! In my positions, I have had great experience working with all team levels. I also have been mentored, given opportunities to grow, learn new skills and taken on challenges through out my time here. There is a strong sense of teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help out even if something isn't yet mapped out. I love joining our weekly townhall. We are now a remote based company due to the pandemic. There is a lot of comradery within our company culture. I will continue to support the company and my career growth at Deep Sentinel.
Cons
With start-up's, it is a fast pace environment at times and is not for everyone. Processes and policies are continuously evolving as the company grows and advancement opportunities may vary depending on department.
