Cons
I have never posted any reviews or comments in any of social media sections ever before in my life.
However, in order to save any person from being scammed and cheated upon, I must say this.
This is even hard to be called a "company".
Out of all the mis-treatment one can go through as an employee the worst is all possible here.
- Not having your offer letter or contract honored
- Taking advantage of employees personal asset
- No plans for professional growth
- Constant attrition and no long term employees
- After acquistion to McDermott International, what used to be DeepSea US employees are being treated more as an expendable
- Not supplying proper tool (engineering softwares) to perform business task
The list goes on and on...
I am truly glad that I have left this place but I fear for the ones left behind.
