      The children are amazing and really the only pros.

      Cons

      Toxic, petty, undermining staff. Disorganized and ineffectual admin. Lots of infighting among every level of staff. Lack of trust, any autonomy, and transparency for teachers.

      I worked with some wonderful supportive people, including administrators. I always felt supported and trusted as an educator to do my job based on my own expertise.

      Challenging work, difficult behaviors and students dealing with complex life circumstances.
