      The most important thing for me at any company is the people, and my colleagues at Deep Render are all really great. Everyone has a shared interest in the company's success and works hard to make that a reality.

      Cons

      Everything is still very much a work in progress, with change being a constant. Changes are an essential part of the company's growth, and always for the better - but it can hard to keep up with.
